The PR and comms books shortlisted for the 2025 Business Book Awards
These top shortlisted business books offer fresh ideas for communications professionals who want to lead, innovate, and inspire.
Now in their seventh year, the Business Book Awards celebrate – you’ve guessed it – the best new business books out there, covering everything from entrepreneurship and leadership to marketing, culture, and innovation. Winners are announced on Wednesday 10 September, in London.
Categories reflect what really matters in today’s business world, including sales and marketing, sustainability, and wellness, while past winners include titles such as It Takes a Tribe by Will Dean, diving into teamwork and leadership, and The Change Engineer by Garry Sanderson, with valuable advice on managing organisational change.
This year’s shortlist runs to a whopping 114 books and include eight about the communications – everything from internal communication to personal branding and more. Here they are:
